We offer a hot / multi-course breakfast each day at 9:00 a.m. Our breakfast menu varies daily, but it always includes coffee and/or tea, juice, fresh fruit, breakfast breads, and a main course.
 
A Continental Breakfast is provided for the Carriage House guests.

Reservation/Guarantee Policy:

Quoted rates are applicable to single or double occupancy.
 
To confirm a guaranteed room reservation, a deposit equal to one night's stay or 50% of the entire stay is required.
 
Reservation deposits will be forfeited if you arrive after the date specified or depart before the final date of reservation. Refunds will be made (minus a $25.00 processing fee), only if cancelled or changed fourteen (14) days in advance of arrival date, or, if less than fourteen days, the room is reserved by another party. Should notification of a cancellation be received less than 2 days prior to the arrival date and we are unable to rebook the room, the full amount of the complete reservation will be charged and is non-refundable.

For Special Events, the month of October, and other holiday periods, a 30-day cancellation policy is in effect.
 
It must be understood that your deposit insures that your accommodations will be available as confirmed and also insures us that the accommodations are sold as confirmed.
 
Therefore, when situations arise that necessitate your cancellation less than fourteen days in advance, we most certainly do sympathize, but we must maintain a business policy. Unless the room is reserved by another party, your deposit will not be refunded.
 
Children that are 12 years of age are most welcome in the Inn. Sorry, pets are not allowed.

Price Range: $115 - $235 for suites and guestrooms and $280-$360 for the Carriage House. Special packages and seasonal rates are available.
