to holidays. No discounts will be applied to the
special mid week rates, any holidays, or the month of

Reservation/Guarantee
Policy:
Quoted rates are applicable to single or double occupancy.
To confirm a guaranteed room reservation, a deposit equal to
one night's room rate, or 50% of the entire stay rate, is
required. Should your plans change after making
reservations, please notify us at least 14 day in advance to
receive a refund of your deposit. For any cancellation that
occurs outside 14 days, the advance deposit will be
returned, minus a $25.00 cancellation fee. It will not be
possible to refund any deposit for a reservation that is
canceled with less than 14 days advance. For the major
Holidays, Special Events and the calendar months of
September through December, a 30-day cancellation policy is
in effect. Children that are 12 years of age are most
welcome in the Inn. Pets are prohibited.

$105 - $245 for suites and guestrooms and $280-$360 for the Carriage
House. Special packages and seasonal rates available.
